We would like to mention the exceptional things Island Butler perfomed for us. We had a lake overflow and flood our crawlspace and they monitered the house daily to check the sump pump was running and not burning out, took pictures to show us the water level did not reach the 2 furnaces, supervised the cleanup after the water receeded (6 weeks later). We were able to sleep nights & did’nt have to travel back to Florida at all.

Island Butler has been monitoring our condo since 2006, making at least weekly visits for 6-7 months each summer while we are in Michigan. Their service is thorough and reliable. They provide a detailed report on each “routine” visit via e-mail. Most importantly to us, they go above and beyond this normal service when problems (e.g. alarm system “glitches”, appliance malfunctions) arise, taking the initiative to get them solved. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for this kind of service.
